SHIPPING & REFUNDS

To ensure you receive the freshest cookies possible, we ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday so your cookies get to you quickly and are not held up in a postal facility. All orders received after 10 am PST on Wednesdays will ship out the following week.

All orders are sent via USPS Priority shipping. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number. We do not take responsibility for orders that have been delayed, lost, or marked delivered but may not have been received. Please track your tracking number to make sure someone is present when the order arrives.
