When will my order ship?To ensure you receive the freshest cookies possible, we ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday so your cookies get to you quickly and are not held up in a postal facility. All out of state (California) orders received after 10 am Wednesdays will ship out the following week.

When will I receive my order?All orders are sent via USPS shipping. Once your order has shipped you will be provided tracking information via USPS. We do not take responsibility for orders that have been delayed, lost, or marked delivered but may not have been received. Please monitor tracking number to make sure someone is home when the order arrives.

Why hasn't my tracking information updated?Tracking information isn't always real-time. Shipping providers might delay updating the tracking locations by several days. You order is still en route to it's destination.

What if I accidentally input the wrong shipping address?The order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.

Can I include a "Sweet Knote" with my order?"Of course! Add your "Sweet Knote" to the note section of your order.

Can I have my order shipped and delivered on a certain date?Although we try our best to ship out orders as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee what day your order may arrive on. Please consider placing orders for a specific occasion/holiday at least one week prior (more if we are experiencing delays).
